How can I book an appointment?

You can make an appointment online via our booking system on the website, by phone, by email or in person at our offices. Contact details and more information can be found here.

What service should I choose when I come to you for the first time?

If you are coming to us for the first time and are not sure which service to choose, we recommend starting with "Physiotherapy / Rehabilitation Exercises". At your first appointment, the therapist will carefully examine you (which is included in the price of the therapy) and then recommend an appropriate therapeutic approach. In addition to the various therapeutic methods, you will be provided with all electrotherapy options if required.

What are your working hours?

Our standard opening days are Monday to Friday. Appointments are arranged individually by previous arrangement. If you are choosing an appointment online and have not found a suitable one, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone. We will try to arrange a time that suits both of us.

Is your service covered by health insurance?

Our services are not covered by health insurance and all payments are made directly by clients. We offer a variety of payment options, including cash, credit card or gift cards. We have a transparent relationship with our clients and believe this approach promotes motivation for both clients and therapists.

We are able to invoice you for your chosen services upon request. This option is popular, for example, with employees who use their employer's annual allowance for health, wellness or relaxation services.

How long does one therapy take?

A standard therapy session lasts one hour. However, the duration can vary; for example, electrotherapy tends to be shorter. The total length of the session depends on the type of service chosen.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

There is no need to bring anything special to your first appointment. However, if you have any medical documentation related to your medical condition, we recommend that you bring it so that the therapist can become more familiar with your situation. It is also recommended that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You can also prepare a list of questions you would like to discuss during the appointment.

Can I choose a specific therapist?

Our therapists have different specialisms and have completed different training courses, so our primary focus is on finding a suitable appointment with a therapist who will best suit your needs and help you most effectively. If you have specific requirements or preferences regarding a therapist, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to discuss with you and find a solution that works best for you.
