Placing an order with Natasha Bailie Vintage Clothing Co means you have read and agree to all our terms of use policies:
1. All our items are sold in as described/as is condition.
2. Please remember all items will have a varied degree of wear from mint condition to well worn. Refer to the item description and/or email us for more info about the item you want. We do our best to provide our items in the best possible condition.
3. All flaws are mentioned, occasionally we will not mention tiny flaws that are hidden and do not affect the item or the wearing of.
4. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We ship every day of the week except Sundays. Expect a delay in shipment if it's a national holiday or Christmas, when we may slow down. We will always try, but cannot promise same day or next day delivery/shipping. We're a small business and go as fast as we can. : ) If you need an item as soon as possible then let us know as soon as purchase has been completed and we can prioritise.
Returns
We hand pick our clothes to ensure that the items reach you in fantastic wearable condition. However, due to the nature of vintage clothing there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer full refunds.
If you would like to return an item for a refund you must contact us by email () stating the order number and reason for returning the item within 7 days of receipt of your order.
However, we cannot issue refunds unless the goods are in the same condition as they were sent to you. Customers must provide proof of postage for all returns as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in the post. We can only reimburse return postage costs if the item was not accurately described.
