Shipping & Returns
We are based in Singapore and offer two shipping options to all our customers. Placing an order with Natasha Bailie Vintage Clothing Company means you have read and agreed to all our terms of use policies:
1. From as little as £25 we can ship your dress to you anywhere in the world in 3 WORKING DAYS via DHL with our Express Courier Option. Just select the Express Courier option at the checkout and you will be able to track your parcel every step of the way. If you don't see this option for your country then email and request a price and ETA for your location.
2. Unless you choose the Express Courier option, we will ship your dress free of charge both nationally and internationally using our national shipping system: SINGAPORE POST. Items take approximately 7 - 10 days to arrive using Free Worldwide Shipping so please be aware of this delay and make sure you order your item in time for your fabulous soiree!
3. All our items are sold in as described/as is condition. Please remember all items will have a varied degree of wear from mint condition to well worn. Refer to the item description and/or email us for more info about the item you want. We do our best to provide our items in the best possible condition. All flaws are mentioned, occasionally we will not mention tiny flaws that are hidden and do not affect the wearing of the item.
4. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We ship every day of the week except Sundays. Expect a delay in shipment if it's a national holiday in Singapore or Christmas, when we may slow down. We will always try to post your item on the same day. We're a small business and go as fast as we can.
5. All shipping, customs, duty fees, or any other charges related to shipping & taxes are the customers responsibility & are priced through your country's policies and not by us.
Returns
We hand pick our clothes to ensure that the items reach you in fantastic wearable condition. However, due to the nature of vintage clothing there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer full store credits for any items over £100.00. Store credit is good forever. The customer is responsible for their country's shipping costs and all items must be tracked.
If you would like to return an item for a refund you must contact us by email () stating the order number and reason for returning the item within 3 days of receipt of your order. We do not offer refunds, only store credit and only for purchases over £100.00.
However, we cannot issue store credit unless the goods are in the same condition as they were sent to you. Customers must provide proof of postage for all returns as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
